Brief Biography
Dr Vincent La Placa
is Associate Professor of Public Health Policy and Associate Head of School for
Student Success and specialises in global public health and wellbeing; design
and implementation of health-related behaviour change segmentations; and social
theory and research methodologies. He previously worked as a Research
Consultant for the Department of Health (DH) [now DHSC], where he managed the
qualitative strand of the "Healthy Foundations (HF) Life-stage
Segmentation Model": one of the largest pieces of qualitative research
funded by DH.

Abdulrasheed Olatunji
Abdussalam: Institute of Islamic Studies, McGil University, Canada.
Rasheed received the
bachelor degree from faculty of education, Al Azhar University Egypt, and
Master’s degree and PhD from Al Madinah International University Malaysia 2013
and 2016, respectively in 2019; he became an Assoc Prof in (Education-
curriculum and Instructions). In 2019, he became head of Arabic language
department at Islamic university of Perlis Malaysia (KUIPs) and in 2024 he
became full Professor in (Education- curriculum and Instructions) from French
Arab University of Africa Mali. He is the author or co-author of more than 30
papers in international refereed journals and more than 20 conferences
contributions. Presently is editor-in- chief of jamalullail journal, Islamic
University of Perlis (KUIPs).He has received several important recognitions to
his research career such like best Academic Achievement of Doctoral Degree for
the year 2017 Al Madinah International University, Malaysia, Best Lecturer
Award for (2020) Islamic University of Perlis (KUIPs) 2021.
